Mr. Stouter is a true professional with decades of experience. He took very careful time to review and explain all of the home issues to me. He showed up 15 minutes early and delivered my very detailed home inspection report by the next morning, with photos, explanations and suggestions. Worth every penny. Brett did a thorough job conducting a pre-listing inspection of our house, a termite inspection, and radon testing. He is great at explaining repair items thoroughly and answering questions. He sent us a report in the afternoon on the same day as our morning inspection and is available to answer any questions or concerns. Overall, it was a good experience.
