Brett did a thorough job conducting a pre-listing inspection of our house, a termite inspection, and radon testing. He is great at explaining repair items thoroughly and answering questions. He sent us a report in the afternoon on the same day as our morning inspection and is available to answer any questions or concerns. Overall, it was a good experience.

Brett was awesome! He was punctual and very thorough with this work. He allowed us to follow him throughout the inspection and was very informative of anything he was taking notes on. He seemed very knowledgeable of all aspects of the inspection. He took his time and was very efficient. He sent a detailed report the same day with pictures and notes throughout.
