Buyers Eyes Home Inspections is locally owned and operated by a licensed home inspector, Brett Stouter in both MD and PA. Brett previously worked for a large insurance company overseeing construction and conducting inspections, from where he retired after 38 years. Brett possesses a very broad base of technical knowledge of all home trades and systems, including being an electrician. He is actively involved with continuing education to keep up with National Standard changes as needed. He values honesty and integrity and provides professional services to homeowners and prospective buyers with prompt, friendly, professional service, before and after the home inspections. He has the ability to communicate technical issues in terms that home buyers and sellers can understand.

Brett understands how difficult it is to hire someone you’ve never met but works for himself and strives to give 100% attention to detail. He inspects each home as if he were buying for his own family. Brett encourages all clients to attend the inspection so he can take the time to answer any question they may have.
