Brett is very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He has a lot of experience and a keen eye for even trivial details. I walked around with him and he explained everything in detail. The report was emailed as a pdf later that day and was broken down into sections and pictures describing and pointing out the discrepancy. I would absolutely recommend him.
