I highly recommend Brett to anyone who needs independent inspections when building or buying a new house. I am very impressed with Brett’s expertise, thoroughness, professionalism, and customer-centered approach. I am happy to have him doing my pre-drywall inspection this time and a final house inspection two years ago. We will continue working with him on the final inspection as well. I am grateful to have Brett on our side. Thanks Brett!

I requested a pre-drywall and final inspection from Brett while purchasing a new construction home. I was impressed by the promptness of his response and ease of scheduling his services. I was also impressed by the detail and thoroughness of the reports he compiled for me. His knowledge and professionalism is evident in his close attention to detail when investigating every area of the home. It set my mind at ease knowing that he was able to detect issues that I or the builders may have missed. I am very glad to have worked with him during the home-buying process and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional and dependable inspector.

He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise and punctuality in arriving at the site and submitting his report. His evaluation was comprehensive and explicitly detailed the corrections required for the builder to implement. We intend to engage his services again for the final inspection of this residence. I highly recommend others to do the same.

Brett did a pre list inspection for us. His price was reasonable and he provided a detailed report a couple hours after inspecting the house. He discussed many areas with us before leaving that day and is open to questions after sending the report.

We were close to buying our first home in a tough market. Brett was very thorough and answered every question I had. He was welcoming to me attending the inspection. When you don’t know what to look for and need an honest assessment to avoid a large mistake, you want someone like Brett to help.
