I called Brett last minute for a home inspected that needed to be completed within the week. Not only was he willing to come in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday, but we got our report promptly later that evening. It was detailed and contained all the information and photographs we needed to move forward in our negotiations. He knew we were first-time home-buyers and took the time to discuss some of our reservations and to point out safety hazards for later years when we may decide to grow our family. He provided sage advice and wanted to make sure we knew exactly what each concern may mean to use down the road. Him and his wife were so pleasant and personable, were thorough, and very detailed.
