Brett went through the entire home top to bottom and made us a very good list of items that we need to repair with priority list also. We have contacted Brett with questions during our repair process and he was eager and willing to help.

I met with them on site to go through the entire home and made a list for the seller to fix or give us credit for. I received the report the same day with photos and very well explained.

I contacted them for a new home build from the ground up. They recommended four different inspections and did a great job of coordinating with the builder and follow up with us. I will hire him again for our warranty inspection in a year.

New final construction inspection was needed on a home I purchased. Brett actually found items wrong that the county has approved that needed corrected. He worked with the chief fire marshal and had them corrected for safety. I would highly recommend them for home inspections.
