It really does not get better than Brett. He does and amazing job, he teaches you what to look out for and the kids love him. I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.

On two occasions, we hired Brett to perform home inspections. Both times Brett was thorough and on one occasion he identified a leakage problem. We accompanied him on these inspections and he taught us the current building codes and what we needed to observe when inspecting a home. Brett has a good personality, and he made the process a fun and educational experience. The cost for the home inspection was $375, which is reasonable. We highly recommend Brett and will use him again should we ever need another home inspection.

My wife and I are purchasing an old farm house and hired Buyer’s Eyes to perform our home inspection. We had a great experience and learned a lot. Brett was both knowledgeable and diligent. He not only told us the issues with the home, but also provided us with ball park estimates regarding how much the repairs would cost. WE had been told by our neighbors that our contractor wasn’t doing a very good build, so we hired this contractor to do periodic inspections. Brett completed two inspections since we started, and we will hire him again to do our final and warranty inspections when needed.
