Brett was just the inspector I was looking for. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took plenty of pictures and had descriptions with every picture he took. This made it very easy to understand and see everything he was talking about. I will tell any one needing an inspection to give him a call.

He arrived early on Saturday morning, was extremely thorough and talked every item through with me making sure I understood everything going in the report. He took his time and didn’t rush anything, taking about 3.5 hours. I was really happy with his work and would hire him again.

Brett is the man. I missed my flight and was unable to be at the inspection but he made me feel like I was there with him. He worked for me and uncovered so much in the house. Very detailed. Honest and was punctual with showing up for the inspection and sending the report. He was also available for any questions after receiving the report. Gives you piece of mind.

Brett did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. Soon after I selected him for the home inspection at the Home Advisor website, he contacted me by phone. We agreed on the time of the inspection, he showed up even before the time we agreed on., During the inspection, he showed us all the problems in the house and explained them in detail. He answered all our questions. He spent almost three hours for the inspection. He charged us a fair price for the inspection. He promised that he would email us his report in the evening. He emailed it even earlier than he promised. The report is very detailed. He noted his observations, problems, and recommendation, together with the pictures of problem areas in the report. All in all, Great job.
