My wife and I are purchasing an old farm house and hired Buyer’s Eyes to perform our home inspection. We had a great experience and learned a lot. Brett was both knowledgeable and diligent. He not only told us the issues with the home, but also provided us with ball park estimates regarding how much the repairs would cost. He even inspected the out building on the property for no additional charge. We are truly grateful for his all of his advice!

I made an offer on an older home which looked good from my end, but Brett found several costly items that we needed to negotiate before buying. Very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable.

WE had been told by our neighbors that our contractor wasn’t doing a very good build, so we hired this contractor to do periodic inspections. Brett completed two inspections since we started, and we will hire him again to do our final and warranty inspections when needed.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. You can certainly tell that this person truly enjoys his work and takes a lot of pride in the outcome of his reporting.
