Brett was INCREDIBLE. It was a pleasure working with him. We’re in the process of buying a house, and he was able to do our home inspection the very next day after we called him, and at the best price compared to competitors. He answered ALL of our questions and went through the house with a fine-tooth comb and examined every area that could be an issue and that would have to be fixed. He also gave us his personal estimation of the house, whether he believed it was a good buy based on what he saw. He has so many years of experience, and it clearly shows in the quality of his work. Would recommend him to anybody in the Pennsylvania and Maryland area looking for a home inspector.
