He had a lot of good input and offered knowledgeable solutions to what needed our attention making this a stress free inspection and not having the worry of what do I do now. Brett from Buyers Eyes came out today, January 22, 2026 to inspect a condo that I’ve expressed an interest in buying. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He responded to all our questions and pointed out issues that could possibly cause a problem in the future. It was clear that he loved what he was doing and was taking great care to guide us in this important decision of buying a home.

I would definitely use Brett again. He was very thorough. Identified numerous safety-related issues that would not be too costly to repair, “trees to close to house” and termite problem that were not necessarily imminent safety issues but important to ward off future costly repairs to foundation etc., and recommended additional inspections (septic system, water quality) to be done by other experts, important for the purchase of a rural agricultural property.

Buyers Eyes did a great job inspecting my home purchase and I have hired them again to inspect my rental properties for the county rental requirements.

Brett closely inspected every part of the condo, including the HVAC, electrical systems, windows, deck, plumbing, appliances, flooring, chimney, smoke detectors, gutters, exterior structure, and more. He was very thorough and made me feel comfortable asking plenty of questions during the inspection. He provided a detailed written report with pictures and annotations later that day, as promised. I feel peace of mind knowing that he performed such a thorough inspection, honestly and clearly communicating the state of the property (which I now happily own!). The inspector was great! He arrived on short notice and was there before I arrived. He completed tasks that were on my to do list (like bleeding air from the lines). He took the time to educated me about propane hot water heaters, how they work, and common issues. He was very professional. I would hire him again for inspections or services he offers.

Brett did a wonderful job conducting a home inspection on a new build townhouse still under warranty. He was very informative and allowed me to walk through the house with him.
