On two occasions, we hired Brett to perform home inspections. Both times Brett was thorough and on one occasion he identified a leakage problem. We accompanied him on these inspections and he taught us the current building codes and what we needed to observe when inspecting a home. Brett has a good personality, and he made the process a fun and educational experience. The cost for the home inspection was $375, which is reasonable. We highly recommend Brett and will use him again should we ever need another home inspection.

After water damages were repaired in MD on a condo and we are in FLa., we hired them to check on the final repairs and document anything still needed. Brett took pictures of every room and documented everything in detail the same day in his report, that still needed fixed.
