I would definitely use Brett again. He was very thorough. Identified numerous safety-related issues that would not be too costly to repair, “trees to close to house” and termite problem that were not necessarily imminent safety issues but important to ward off future costly repairs to foundation etc., and recommended additional inspections (septic system, water quality) to be done by other experts, important for the purchase of a rural agricultural property.

Buyers Eyes did a great job inspecting my home purchase and I have hired them again to inspect my rental properties for the county rental requirements.
