Brett in punctual, polite, and thorough. He explained and detailed everything in the report very well. Very good at working with builder and subcontractors.

Brett was highly recommended by a neighbor and it was the best investment we’ve ever made. We were 9 months into our 12 month warranty on a new construction home that has needed one repair after another. We wanted to know what additional problems might be right in front of our uneducated buyers eyes. He was so patient and thorough is an understatement. He spent 3 hours and wrote up a 50 page report! Thanks to Brett we have an opportunity to get the repairs done under warranty. I just wish we had hired him while the home was under construction.

The inspector was very confident and thorough. I asked a lot of questions as we went through the inspection, and he was very helpful with his explanations. The report came to us the same day, and very informative. I also called him back to do a sewer pipe camera scope on the home.

It really does not get better than Brett. He does and amazing job, he teaches you what to look out for and the kids love him. I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.

On two occasions, we hired Brett to perform home inspections. Both times Brett was thorough and on one occasion he identified a leakage problem. We accompanied him on these inspections and he taught us the current building codes and what we needed to observe when inspecting a home. Brett has a good personality, and he made the process a fun and educational experience. The cost for the home inspection was $375, which is reasonable. We highly recommend Brett and will use him again should we ever need another home inspection.
