After water damages were repaired in MD on a condo and we are in FLa., we hired them to check on the final repairs and document anything still needed. Brett took pictures of every room and documented everything in detail the same day in his report, that still needed fixed.

They arrived early and got started outside. I joined him when he got inside and asked questions as we went through everything. He is very detailed and thorough. We received the report the same day and he also copied out builder for the warranty list of items needing repaired.

New final construction inspection was needed on a home I purchased. Brett actually found items wrong that the county has approved that needed corrected. He worked with the chief fire marshal and had them corrected for safety. I would highly recommend them for home inspections.

I am not from the area and interested in purchasing a rental property and needed a inspection throughout to know what was wrong before buying. Each unit in this property was explained very well with photos showing the areas that needed repaired or replaced. I asked to have the repairs made and then had him come back and recheck everything.
