We are prospective buyers of a “newer” home and hired Brett for the home inspection. Bring a pad and pen with this guy, he will educate you real fast on things you should be looking for if you’re willing to listen! Not only does he point out what needs improvement, he will provide expert advice on how to care for and maintain necessary systems in and outside of the home. Additionally, he provides tips and ideas on how to enhance existing fixtures, structures, etc. All around Brett is personable and professional at a very reasonable price!

My home has a very large crawl space. He crawled the entire perimeter of the home, and provided a very detailed report with photos on not only the crawl space but other items that needed repaired or replaced. I would recommend them for your home inspection needs. Very thorough.

Brett was highly recommended by a neighbor and it was the best investment we’ve ever made. We were 9 months into our 12 month warranty on a new construction home that has needed one repair after another. We wanted to know what additional problems might be right in front of our uneducated buyers eyes. He was so patient and thorough is an understatement. He spent 3 hours and wrote up a 50 page report! Thanks to Brett we have an opportunity to get the repairs done under warranty. I just wish we had hired him while the home was under construction.

The inspector was very confident and thorough. I asked a lot of questions as we went through the inspection, and he was very helpful with his explanations. The report came to us the same day, and very informative. I also called him back to do a sewer pipe camera scope on the home.
