Brett made a frustrating home buying experience much easier when it came too this home inspection. He was efficient, returned my texts and calls always in a timely manner and he knew what he was doing. Good Service

Brett was incredibly helpful as my wife and I bought our first home. He showed up on time, started outside the house, then went to the attic and worked his way down. He brought his iPAD and took pictures of any areas of concern. I shadowed him throughout the home and he answered all of my questions and gave recommendations on various repairs. He got the report back to us on the same day, it was thorough and included the pictures he had taken with notes attached. We passed along the requests to the seller and obtained a credit at closing. Brett said if the seller or listing agent had questions he would be happy to hop on a call and explain his findings. Not only is Brett passionate about what he does, he is excellent at it. He stands behind his work and is timely and professional in his customer communications. My wife and I are confident that we made a great purchase and would recommend Brett to any new or experienced home buyer.

I wanted someone who had experience with older homes and no one sounded confident…many were answering services who were frustratingly clueless. Showed the report to my trusted contractor and he was very impressed with how thorough it was. Very pleasant experience and I would happily hire him again.

Brett was beyond amazing to work with! I was referred to a larger company, but after talking to Brett on the phone I knew I wanted him to inspect our newly purchased home. He let me know when he was almost at the property and when he left. The report was beyond thorough and he even took the time 2 days later to walk my husband and I through the property to show us everything he identified in his report.
