Brett was at the property early and had already completed part of his inspection before we arrived. He clearly reported his initial findings to us and we proceeded with the rest of the property. All our questions were answered clearly and completely, and Brett made very helpful overall suggestions. VERY pleased with his work

Good Service

Brett was incredibly helpful as my wife and I bought our first home. He showed up on time, started outside the house, then went to the attic and worked his way down. He brought his iPAD and took pictures of any areas of concern. I shadowed him throughout the home and he answered all of my questions and gave recommendations on various repairs. He got the report back to us on the same day, it was thorough and included the pictures he had taken with notes attached. We passed along the requests to the seller and obtained a credit at closing. Brett said if the seller or listing agent had questions he would be happy to hop on a call and explain his findings. Not only is Brett passionate about what he does, he is excellent at it. He stands behind his work and is timely and professional in his customer communications. My wife and I are confident that we made a great purchase and would recommend Brett to any new or experienced home buyer.
