Bring a pad and pen with this guy, he will educate you real fast on things you should be looking for if you’re willing to listen! Not only does he point out what needs improvement, he will provide expert advice on how to care for and maintain necessary systems in and outside of the home. Additionally, he provides tips and ideas on how to enhance existing fixtures, structures, etc. All around Brett is personable and professional at a very reasonable price!

My home has a very large crawl space. He crawled the entire perimeter of the home, and provided a very detailed report with photos on not only the crawl space but other items that needed repaired or replaced. I would recommend them for your home inspection needs. Very thorough.
