Brett was very thorough in two inspections on a newly constructed home: pre-drywall and pre-settlement. His knowledge of all components of a house is excellent and he found a couple of items that were missed even by the code inspector. His communication was excellent both orally and in his written report (which I received within hours of the inspection).
