We hired Bret to do a pre-drywall inspection of a new construction by Ryan Homes. Bret did a thorough inspection of the interior of the new construction. He even returned to examine electrical work free of charge . He identified some deficiencies that were immediated corrected by the builder. Was able to spot termite damage in an older home by sight, and then confirmed by looking into the foundation of the house and finding termite trails. Also returned a report the same day for a morning inspection.
