He was very thorough and made me feel comfortable asking plenty of questions during the inspection. He provided a detailed written report with pictures and annotations later that day, as promised. I feel peace of mind knowing that he performed such a thorough inspection, honestly and clearly communicating the state of the property (which I now happily own!).
