Excellent service, excellent rates, excellent quality of inspection! We found Brett online and hired him on an urgent basis to inspect a home we wanted to make a same day offer on. Brett drove 45min on a Sunday to do the inspection for us. He was prompt in responding, arrived early, efficient yet very thorough and detail oriented. After the inspection, he took time to answer all of our questions, showed us the concerns, give us recommendations and a same day picture report.
