Brett did a thorough and quick job. He was the cheapest home inspector by far. I checked with coworkers home inspectors and they paid hundreds of dollars more than Brett charged us. He was very understanding as we are a young couple buying our first home. He answered all of our questions and was so down to earth. Would recommend!!

Excellent service, excellent rates, excellent quality of inspection! We found Brett online and hired him on an urgent basis to inspect a home we wanted to make a same day offer on. Brett drove 45min on a Sunday to do the inspection for us. He was prompt in responding, arrived early, efficient yet very thorough and detail oriented. After the inspection, he took time to answer all of our questions, showed us the concerns, give us recommendations and a same day picture report. We were more than satisfied with his service and very thankful for his help!
