Brett did a very thorough job even though there wasn’t much to see in a condo. He provided me with the practical information I needed to rent out my unit. I would definitely consider hiring him again prior to moving to another house.

Brett was very professional, very thorough, and flexible with his scheduling to meet our needs (which were a bit unreasonable but he did no hesitate). Our real estate agent had recommended someone else but after meeting Brett and walking through the inspection with him, our agent was very impressed and mentioned he would definitely be using Brett in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Brett. He did a good job of explaining issues that he found, and the report and pictures that he provided made it easy for us to identify what we would ask Sellers to repair. Brett was also available after the inspection when we had some follow-up questions.

Brett and his wife were very courteous and knowledgeable. They accommodated our inspection on a weekend. They explained everything that we asked about. They went ahead and performed preliminary termite & mold inspection and saved us costs on performing additional detailed inspections for the above. We encourage homeowners to ask a lot of questions and take advantage of the inspector’s knowledge. Their reporting could be better and more lucid. I am sure they are good and very knowledgeable and you benefit by being there during inspection. However, the report needs embellishment and quality control. They need to color code defects/repairs for an easy visual interact for potential home buyers. Other than that, great guys and great to work with them.
