I’m so glad I chose Buyers Eyes Home Inspections, LLC. Brett made it to the house I’m buying early for our appointment. He was very thorough and professional, taking his time to check EVERYthing. My knowledge of manufactured homes is limited and finding an Inspector with that kind of experience was important to me. Brett found that the home was no strapped to any anchors at all! The seller was shocked because it should have been strapped when the builder installed the home on the land 9 years ago. That area had just suffered a tornado almost 4 months ago and many homes in the community were severely damaged and somehow this house suffered only minor damage to the skirting. It could have been so much worse due to not being anchored. The rest of inspection found some less serious issues throughout the rest of the exterior and interior. The inspection reports I received are well done with photos showing the issues he noted. My expectations were exceeded and I highly recommend Buyers Eyes Home Inspections.

Brett was very helpful and patient, this inspection took place in an occupied dwelling and he worked around furniture and boxes to perform the work. The resulting report while what it said about the property was disappointing, the report itself was well done.
