Brett from Buyers Eyes Home Inspections was simply awesome right from the start. Highly professional and meticulous, he is an immense help to a buyer. He is punctual to the dot, goes over everything mechanical, structural and electrical (from roof to basement) with a comb. His suggestions are most valuable and can save the buyer thousands of dollars from future rectifications of their future home. Priced extremely competitively, I guess Brett is the best out there. Brett did a very thorough job even though there wasn’t much to see in a condo. He provided me with the practical information I needed to rent out my unit. I would definitely consider hiring him again prior to moving to another house.
