Price was very competitive and Brett was a really pleasant personable guy. Arrived early. Has backround as an electrician. Was able to spot termite damage in an older home by sight, and then confirmed by looking into the foundation of the house and finding termite trails. Also returned a report the same day for a morning inspection.

Brett was very accommodating and knows he was even able to switch his own schedule around when my contractor had to cancel last minute, and will definitely hire again to do my settlement final walk thru.

Brett did a complete assessment of my home per my request. As it was new construction he identified issues for compliance and safety. Well worth the money and peace of mind. Brett was very thorough in two inspections on a newly constructed home: pre-drywall and pre-settlement. His knowledge of all components of a house is excellent and he found a couple of items that were missed even by the code inspector. His communication was excellent both orally and in his written report (which I received within hours of the inspection).
