Brett was very nice, punctual , and detailed. He was nice enough to walk me around the property to show me what he found after he already showed my wife because I was unable to get there until the end. He also emailed me a very detailed reports with photos of what needs repaired and what he suggests should be repaired. Will be highly recommending him to friends and family.

If I could provide more than five stars for the home inspection done by Brett Stouter, I would certainly do it. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable and thorough. I hired Brett to inspect our new home prior to the expiration of the builder’s one year warranty. He spent almost three hours going over the exterior and interior of our 2,300 ft house. I accompanied him throughout the inspection. Not only did he point out and discuss items that he was putting in his report, he also told me about a number of very useful home maintenance tips. Shortly after the inspection, I received a detailed 44 page report with numerous photos. If you are considering buying a home or have bought a home from a builder that is under construction, I strongly recommend that you hire Brett. Though there were no serious issues with our home, the peace of mind alone was well worth his modest fee.
