Brett did a great job of keeping things moving at my inspection, but did not skip or cut any corners! He made sure to educate me on everything that he noticed, and even proposed potential solutions. He was very professional, kept the focus on the home, and made sure that I understood everything. He asked several times if I had any questions, wanted any specific areas looked at, and ensured that he is here for ongoing questions or recommendations any time.
