New final construction inspection was needed on a home I purchased. Brett actually found items wrong that the county has approved that needed corrected. He worked with the chief fire marshal and had them corrected for safety. I would highly recommend them for home inspections.

I am not from the area and interested in purchasing a rental property and needed a inspection throughout to know what was wrong before buying. Each unit in this property was explained very well with photos showing the areas that needed repaired or replaced. I asked to have the repairs made and then had him come back and recheck everything. He noted items that still were not done correctly. Very well written report and follow up.

I didn’t have to be with then during the inspection and it was written very well in great detail, and very easy to understand the issues for someone that knows very little about what I’m looking at.

He clearly knows the codes and stays up to date. He answered any question we had. He takes photos and notes on anything that needs repair. He emails the PDF the same day! Truly awesome guy.
