Brett Stouter inspected a condo for me in Columbia, MD and was incredibly thorough, professional, and friendly.
Brett closely inspected every part of the condo, including the HVAC, electrical systems, windows, deck, plumbing, appliances, flooring, chimney, smoke detectors, gutters, exterior structure, and more. He was very thorough and made me feel comfortable asking plenty of questions during the inspection. He provided a detailed written report with pictures and annotations later that day, as promised. I feel peace of mind knowing that he performed such a thorough inspection, honestly and clearly communicating the state of the property (which I now happily own!). And I enjoyed getting to meet him too. I can’t recommend Brett highly enough!
